Bulk freight charges may apply

Due to the size and weight of some mono and colour commercial printers, there may be an additional freight charge. This largely depends on location of delivery. Please email us for pricing.

Can my order be delivered to another address?

Yes, just advise under “Special Instructions” in the Order Form.

Can we pay by direct credit?

Yes, please indicate this in your order form. We will email you the account details. Once the funds have been cleared the goods will be shipped. Our Bank Account Details Westpac: 03 0104 0273548 002

Do I have to open an account before I can purchase?

No, however payment is required before the goods are released. MasterCard and Visa are accepted online, payment by chequeor direct credit in advance and once payment has been received the goods will be despatched.

Do you deliver to P O Boxes?

Yes we can deliver to PO Boxes. You are welcome to contact us if you would like a special arrangement for delivery.

Do you provide speedy ordering?

If you would like your details stored for future ordering see “Create an Account” “This can be found under Login”

Do you provide tax invoices?

Yes a GST tax invoice is supplied with the products when shipped and when paid will be shown on this invoice. All charges will be made in NZ Dollars.

Do you ship orders overseas?

Total Supplies is not currently shipping outside New Zealand.

Do you take payment by cheque?

We no longer accept cheques, it’s a change of the times. Payment can be maded online by credit card or Our Bank Account Details Westpac: 03 0104 0273548 090


We’re pleased to offer on orders over $150 + gstFREE freight being delivered to a Metro address . For deliveries of any dollar value going to a RURAL DELIVERY address an additional RD Fee of $4.00 + gst will be applied to the invoice .The prices you see here are exactly what you pay – no hidden freight charges, no ‘handling fees’. The exception may be on computer printers and some products listed on pricespy, this will be advised on the specifications page for that particular product.

How do I open a business trading account?

You will need to fill in an Account Application, contact us on 0800 834 778 or email and we will forward this to you.

How safe is credit card payment and my details over the Internet?

Credit card payments are processed through the secure server on the Total Supplies site. The secure server uses SSL encryption, that ensures that you can communicate securely with us and protects all communications and sensitive personal information. SSL security makes purchasing over the web very secure. Our credit card processing is handled by Direct Payment Solutions, one of New Zealand’s leading e-commerce providers.

What are your hours of work?

Generally 8:30am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday

What Courier companies do you use?

We use only reputable Courier companies to ensure your order arrives promptly. NZ Couriers ,Courier Post and Fastway are our main courier companies.

What happens if cancelling an order once submitted?

We need to be contacted as soon as possible to avoid the product being sent out. If the product has already been sent there will be a freight charge for the return of the product.

What happens if I'm out when the courier arrives?

If we know in advance we will advise the Courier Company that a signature is not required and notes on where to leave the product. Otherwise they will leave a card providing contact details so you can make arrangments for the package to be redelivered or picked up.

When will my order arrive?

This depends on whether the item is in stock. If the item is in stock and ordered before 4pm on weekdays it will usually arrive the next business day. Otherwise it will arrive the following day. If the item is not in stock, we will advise you by email how long the item will take to deliver (at which time you may cancel the order without penalty).
